Aizhan Zhantayeva

Aizhan Zhantayeva is a financial industry expert with over 19 years of experience managing large-scale projects in both government and corporate sectors. Her main projects have focused on industry development programs, human resources management at the corporate level, and financial regulatory service development. Currently, Aizhan is a member of the Board at the Astana Financial Services Authority in Kazakhstan and a member of the Board at "Bank of Asia" CJSC. She holds a Master of Science in Finance and Accounting from the University of Birmingham in the UK and is a certified change management practitioner (ACMP).

In addition to her professional career, Aizhan has also launched a project called HerWayInCA, which features authentic talks with outstanding women in Central Asia and around the globe. The project aims to empower and inspire women by highlighting stories of successful female leaders, promoting women's leadership and entrepreneurship, and fostering a community of support and collaboration. Through HerWayInCA, Aizhan is making a significant contribution to advancing women's rights and gender equality, and inspiring the next generation of female leaders.
