English Medium Instruction (EMI) has become a crucial component of higher education in non-Anglophone countries as universities strive to internationalize their curricula, attract international students, and equip local students with the skills necessary for the global job market. As EMI expands across disciplines, content lecturers face challenges in delivering their courses in English while maintaining student engagement and ensuring effective learning. This training program is designed to support faculty members at the National University of Mongolia (NUM) in adopting interactive and student-centered approaches to EMI.

The training is intended for 15–25 professors and instructors at NUM who teach their science, technology, social science, or arts courses in English. Faculty members who conduct seminars in English or work with international students are also encouraged to attend. While linguistics experts are welcome, the session is primarily designed for content lecturers from various academic disciplines. Participants should have at least an intermediate level of English proficiency.
